Spa gardens and health establishments, offering a large cultural programme, can easily be reached within a few minutes walking distance. Flat, marked hiking trails, steeper routes and of course lakes (for bathing) are situated within our near surroundings, and leave enough room for any kind of physical activity. The neighbouring king´s castles, the Wieskirche (church), the Ettal minster, or the wood carver´s and passion play village of Oberammergau invite you to nice excursions. Garmisch-Partenkirchen is also always worth a visit. The winter will offer a whole variety of crosscountry and alpine skiing slopes
